Guardian Star Program
Guardian Star Program: Returning to school.
Zhou, a junior at Purdue University, was dismissed for repeated cheating on homework and exams. Zhou was very nervous about how the dismissal might affect her academic future, and there wasn’t much time left to fix the situation by the time she reached out to WholeRen.
After learning about Zhou’s background, a WholeRen advisor was able to help her get an immediate transfer to another college to continue her study. We also provided advising to help improve her academic performance and make a transfer plan to apply for new schools.
With a higher GPA and well-prepared plan of action, Zhou was able to transfer to the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, a top-50 university.
“I felt so helpless, and I am so grateful to Wholeren advisors who helped me and gave me second chance back to school. Moreover, my CV and personal statement had been revised several times with my advisors showing my most competitive advantages. I’m so excited that I can be accepted by University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.”
