Study Tour

The American Study Tour program provides students the opportunity to participate in the American classroom with an immersive experience in American education and culture. During the project, students will be integrated into the American classroom, participate in class activities, and study with local students. Students will stay with host family, soak in the atmosphere of local life and closely experience American culture. WholeRen Group has 7 years of experience administering The American Study Tour, which is a true immersion experience in the American school system.

Emergency Counseling

WholeRen is the first U.S.-based educational organization to provide services to Chinese students with a history of academic misconduct. We have published an annual white paper on Chinese student dismissals in the United States for the past three years. Our emergency counseling services have helped more than 4000 students facing school dismissal find an option to continue their studies in the U.S. Our team includes senior education specialists, education lawyers, and immigration lawyers. Keeping the interests of our students as our top priority, we offer comprehensive assistance in reducing the negative impact of academic or other misconduct and help students to get back on their academic tracks as soon as possible.

F1 Visa Training

Our F1 Visa Training services include expert consulting, customized visa application plans, material preparation assistance, and mock interviews. We help students with a history of academic misconduct, dismissal, or low GPA (as well as students who have encountered visa problems in the past such as overstaying, previous visa rejection or removal from the U.S.) to understand the visa-application process and provide the training and materials necessary to successfully and legally procure a visa.

Guardian Star Program

The Guardian Star Program is specifically designed for students who are in a difficult place academically or who have a history of poor academic performance. This program provides personalized educational services in order to focus on a student’s long-term development. Whether they have received academic penalization or violated their schools’ academic integrity policy, the Guardian Star Program aims to give students a second chance with a personalized learning plan and guidance on admission into appropriate academic institutions. With the guidance of professional specialists at WholeRen Group, students learn to overcome obstacles and develop their skills to forge successful academic and career paths.

Academic Integrity & Skill Training

Before coming to the U.S. students can take a pre-departure workshop geared towards helping them understand the academic environment of the U.S., particularly with regard to academic integrity and preparation for intensive study. The academic integrity workshop covers areas such as: academic integrity policies, consequences for academic dishonesty, and tutorials on proper work citation. Academic skill workshops focus on areas such as: developing disciplined writing habits, becoming familiar with group discussion and various project types, learning to express abstract/creative ideas, and making good use of school resources.

Full-semester advising

Full-semester advising offers students high-quality support for their studies. Our professional tutors, who have earned a masters degree or higher from internationally recognized U.S. universities, provide tutoring support for student success. 2500 students have benefited from this type of service and improved their academic abilities, achieving success in the U.S. Study plans and study objectives are customized based on students’ actual academic needs and tutors communicate with schools based on students’ performance. Weekly study reports are sent to parents for regular updates.

Subject advising

Subject advising service supports students’ study in a specific area based on their backgrounds and demands. Academic understanding and knowledge in specific subject areas are strengthened as students gain facility in understanding the nuances of different areas. Students are encouraged to find the best solution for the academic weak points with approprate advising support from education professionals.

TOEFL advising

TOEFL Advising Service helps students improve their TOEFL scores rapidly for school application. Every student receives a customized TOEFL study plan after a professional TOEFL assessment test. 3-4 VIP-tutors with years of TOEFL teaching experience help students in four subsections: reading, listening, speaking, and writing. VIP one-on-one advising ensures students to make rapid progress in a short time span.

SAT advising

SAT Advising Service offers students a customized SAT study plan. The course contents are based on the official guide, characteristics of SAT exams, and professional analyses of test items. Tutors have in-depth research training on SAT exams, allowing them to teach students efficient problem-solving rules and strategies to help students consolidate weak points while strengthening mathematic, reading and writing abilities.

Homestay Placement & Management

Our Homestay Services provide comprehensive support to international students seeking homestays across the United States. Homestay Services provide an opportunity for international students to enroll in U.S. high schools, live in American homes, and immerse themselves in American culture. It is our hope that by bringing people together, we will create a rich, diverse, and fulfilling experience for all involved.
